Dudics is also a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who brings his 19 years of courtroom experience to the dispute resolution arena. He knows what can - and does - happen in a courtroom, and uses this experience to facilitate a well-reasoned resolution. Mr. Dudics uses a "no-nonsense" approach based on early case evaluation and settlement dialogue.

Mediation and arbitration services are offered at all-inclusive rates that make the resolution process an extremely attractive alternative to continued litigation and/or trial. No additional fees are charged for file origination or document review.
Convenient Hearings
Mediations and arbitrations are conducted at my Ontario facility, or in certain instances, the offices of the parties' counsel. There are never additional fees for travel time or mileage.
